My passion for cooking was born in a humble kitchen in Barcelona, where I grew up watching my grandma making sofritos for hours with quiet precision, my mother bringing flavors to life with love and instinct, and my brother experimenting with boldness and flair. I didn’t follow recipes, I followed their hands, their rhythms, their respect for every ingredient. That’s how I learned.
Our food is rooted in those family traditions recipes passed down, memories shared, and flavors that speak of home. But it’s not just about tradition; it’s about doing things properly. Every paella, every canapé, every detail is crafted with care, using the same principles I learned as a kid: cook with honesty, treat ingredients with respect, and never cut corners.
